​The Nicolet Library System (Nicolet) is a state-funded organization that helps 15 member public libraries, through 43 library outlets, provide better services to the people of northeastern Wisconsin.

Since 1976, Nicolet has been supporting its member libraries throughout Brown, Door, Florence, Kewaunee, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, and Shawano counties.

Library employment opportunities

Student Library Aide - Kewaunee Public Library

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in high school and at least 15 years old.
  • Duties include but are not limited to: Shelving and alphabetizing of books, assisting patrons with technology, providing customer service to patrons, assisting with events and programs, and light cleaning of the library.
  • Applicant must be willing to work two or three evenings a week and every other Saturday.
  • Applications are available online at https://www.kewauneepubliclibrary.org/employment.html or at the library. Please submit completed application and cover letter to Carol Petrina, Director Kewaunee Public Library 822 Juneau St. Kewaunee, WI 54216, [email protected].
  • Application deadline is Feb. 24th, 2026, or until filled.
